Theda TMP TDR 探針套件是針對高速PCB阻抗提供測試解決方案，TMP 100A探棒同時可以用於單端Single Ended及差動Differential的板外Coupon 或板內Inner Trace的阻抗測試，彈性可調整間距的設計避免不同Pitch hole需要換探棒的困擾。適用PCB、FPC板內阻抗測試，探針探頭較小、壽命長，滑輪調節間距操作簡單，可根據待測件之Pad間距調整探針的距離，能準確測量出小間距待測物之阻抗。
